Terms of use

Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms govern use of cloudagentgrid.digital and enrolment in Cloudagentgrid teaching programs.

Acceptance

By browsing this site or requesting a seat, you agree to these terms. If you request a seat on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a request.

Who we are

Cloudagentgrid is a teaching studio operating from Bangkok, Thailand. Contact details appear on Contact. This website describes programs; it does not itself complete a sale. A confirmation letter from a producer creates the teaching contract.

Informational pricing

Fees shown on this site are informational. There is no checkout, cart, or payment form. Invoices, if issued, follow the confirmation letter. Seat types and inclusions are described on Seats and may change between cycles.

Program conduct

Live rooms depend on critique. You agree not to record sessions, not to share another participant’s artefacts outside your named seats, and not to harass faculty or peers. We may remove a seat without refund (beyond any amount required by the refund note) if conduct makes the table unworkable.

Intellectual property

Site copy, templates, and faculty markups remain Cloudagentgrid’s intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use templates and marked artefacts inside your organisation for internal reporting. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as a competing program. Your own data, memos, and metrics remain yours.

Student work

By submitting artefacts for critique you grant us a limited licence to read, mark, and discuss them inside the cohort. We will not publish your confidential figures without written permission. Anonymised teaching examples may be used later if they cannot reasonably identify your company.

Site content

Journal articles and program descriptions are provided for general information. They are not legal, investment, or accounting advice. Metrics examples are illustrative.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cloudagentgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost board approval, or decisions you make after reading a memo produced in class. Our aggregate liability arising from a teaching contract is limited to the fees you actually paid for that cycle. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Warranties

Programs are teaching services. We do not warrant that your board will accept a briefing, that a metric will move, or that a third-party analytics tool will remain available. The site is offered “as is.” We aim for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted access.

Third-party links and tools

We may mention analytics vendors. Those mentions are not endorsements or partnerships unless we say so in writing. Your contracts with those vendors are separate.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the site or a teaching contract are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes that affect an already confirmed seat will be sent to the email on the confirmation letter.
