Executive Dashboard Fluency
A working studio for product and growth leads who must brief executives on app growth. You will leave with one narrative spine, three supporting charts, and a caveat you can say without flinching.

Who it is for
PMs, growth leads, and analytics managers who already query the warehouse or live inside a product analytics tool. If you have never opened a cohort table, start with a Signal Desk critique instead — the flagship assumes you can pull a number, not that we will teach SQL from zero.
Typical seats come from marketplaces, fintech apps, and content products across Thailand and neighbouring markets.

The claim before the chart
You arrive with too many metrics. Week one forces a written claim: what changed, for whom, and why it matters this quarter. Faculty rejects claims that cannot be falsified.

Three charts, not thirty
We audit your current board pack. Most lose two-thirds of the slides. You keep a trend, a cut, and a leading indicator — named after the decision, not the table.

Retention as a supporting plot
A short pass through cohort reading so the flagship memo can carry a retention paragraph without borrowing a whole other course. Deep storytelling sits in Retention as a Story.

Attribution you can defend aloud
You practise saying “we cannot isolate paid from brand this month” without collapsing the briefing. Noise belongs in an appendix, not a title.

A 40-minute ritual: owners, exceptions, one ask. You run it once live with the cohort acting as your leadership table.

The interruption rehearsal
Final week is a dry briefing. Faculty interrupts. You answer from the memo, not from a hidden tab. The artefact you keep is the marked memo, not a recording.

Araya Wongsawat
Araya spent nine years inside SEA consumer apps, last as head of growth reporting for a Bangkok-listed digital bank. She designed Cloudagentgrid’s critique table in 2018 after watching too many board packs die in the appendix. She still marks every flagship memo herself.
Guest operators join week six. Araya remains the through-line.
Informational fee
Taken as a Growth Room seat: ฿38,400 for up to three named people from one organisation, six live evening sessions, and two written markups of the Monday ritual sheet.
Solo operators who only need artefact critique may book Signal Desk at ฿12,900 without live table time. Board-facing teams who need a dry-run against a formal committee should look at Board Atelier.

Week two hurt. Araya crossed out my “north star” slide and made me rewrite the claim until it named a user group. Our Q2 pack is now nine pages instead of twenty-four. I still argue with the rule that paid and organic cannot share a title — but the board stopped asking me to “just add another cut.”
The interruption rehearsal was the only hour I replay in my head before committee. Short, slightly unkind, useful.
Questions we hear before week one
Do I need a specific analytics tool?
No. Bring whatever already holds your events. The studio does not recertify vendors. If your export is a CSV and a guilty conscience, that is enough to start week one.
Can my whole analytics team join?
Growth Room allows three named seats. Larger groups split across cycles. We will not run a lecture hall version; critique dies past a certain table size.
What is a real limitation of this program?
Executive Dashboard Fluency will not make you a measurement scientist. Incrementality design, geo-lift, and switchback tests sit outside the six weeks. If your board’s actual blocker is experimental design, this room will only help you say that clearly — it will not run the experiment for you. Several alumni have left disappointed on that point, and they were right to be.
Are sessions recorded?
Live critique is not recorded. Written markups and templates stay with you. If you miss more than one evening, we usually defer you to the next cycle rather than hand you a video substitute.
How do refunds work if my briefing date moves?
See the refund note. Deferrals are common; cash refunds follow the stated window and exclude seats already marked in week one.
