These are not campaign quotes. Length and tone vary because the rooms do. One note includes a reservation we did not edit out.
I came for Executive Dashboard Fluency because our install chart kept winning arguments it did not deserve. Araya made me lead with 90-day buyer return instead. The first committee after the studio lasted twenty minutes instead of an hour, mostly because there was less to perform. I would still like a longer module on incrementality — the caveat language is good, the experimental design is not in the room.

Monday KPI Circle is boring in the way a well-run stand-up is boring. We kept it. That is the review.
Board Memo Craft taught me to stop titling slides “Weekly Active.” The new title is “We are not earning the second session.” Our investor observer circled it. Uncomfortable, accurate.
Attribution Without Noise was the first time someone told me I could put “unknown” on a slide without looking unserious. Finance still hates it. I keep it anyway.

A marketplace pack that would not close
A Bangkok marketplace team arrived with nineteen slides and a CEO who only trusted GMV. After Growth Room, the live pack was seven pages: a claim about repeat sellers, a cohort cut, a paid payback range with a wide interval, and a named risk that category mix was shifting faster than acquisition.
They did not “align stakeholders.” They removed charts. Two quarters later the same CEO still asks for the interval, not the point estimate. The team credits the interruption rehearsal more than any template.

A remote fintech pair across two time zones
One seat sat in Bangkok, one in Singapore. They used Signal Desk first, then joined a flagship evening block. The artefact that mattered was a weekly ritual sheet with three owners and a single ask to risk. Their board observer, a credit officer, began returning the sheet with margin notes instead of forwarding a dashboard PDF.
They reported that faculty markup sometimes arrived later than they hoped during Songkran week. That delay is real; the studio closes Thai public holidays and does not pretend otherwise.
